We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric LPN to join our team on a 13-week contract basis with the potential for extension and permanent placement. This position offers an excellent hourly rate of $35/hr, guaranteed 36 hours per week, and is located in the vibrant city of Worcester.

Job Details:

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in Massachusetts

• Experience in Psychiatric, Substance Abuse, and Medical Surgical settings

• Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities:

• Assess and care for patients with psychiatric and substance abuse disorders, including those undergoing detoxification

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring safety and adherence to detox protocols

• Monitor patients closely for withdrawal symptoms and complications

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding detoxification and recovery

• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely
